Positive customer experiences are the most important aspect of any everlasting organization. The average dissatisfied customer will tell eight to 16 people about it. One-fifth of all unhappy customers tell at least 20 people about their bad experience. The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
