DOOH Account Manager

Chive Media Group is looking a detail-oriented Account Manager that will work to support the Sales and Brand Strategy team members within the Central region. The Account Manager will be a key member of a growing team that will support DOOH sales in meeting its objectives and providing best-in- class customer support. This position will be based in Chicago and will report to the sales leader of the Central region.

Job Description

  • Candidate will take the lead in building proposals, bringing together all necessary elements from our turnkey to custom programs.
  • Review RFPs, case studies and prepare questions; understand client business issues, industry trends, consumer trends, promotional resources, and competitive landscape.
  • Produce all pre-sale documents including presentations, proposals and agency templates for distribution.
  • Manage inventory reservations and custom elements for Chive TV DOOH activations.
  • Keep sales informed of all key issues associated with sales efforts.
  • Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Chive Media Group’s products, programs, partnerships, and editorial slate.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of OOH/DOOH media experience.
  • Proficient with OOH companies, agencies, and industry groups.
  • Media planning or buying experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of PPT and Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop/Photoshop Elements major plus!
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, flexible and highly motivated.
  • Ability to work well with different personalities and within a team setting.
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
