Job Description

  • Manage replenishment buying across multiple brands and product categories.
  • Manage inventory flow for all reorders based on established OTB and inventory goals.
  • Preform daily reviews of inventory and manage replenishment orders, ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
  • Create and ensure all purchase orders are submitted, working closely with product development to track timely inbound shipments.
  • Partner with Merchandising to project, forecast, and strategize to increase profitability and achieve inventory goals.
  • Create reports from multiple data sets to analyze product sales and inventory, ensuring key product remain in-stock.
  • Analyze historical data and in-season sales to to identify risks and opportunities by product and category.
  • Identify slow moving product early and react quickly to avoid excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Merchandising to build a comprehensive assortment, based on hindsight analysis.
  • Communicates product status to merchandising, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Identify areas for improvement, design and develop new reporting processes to drive efficiency in reorder process.


  • 3+ years of buying experience with a focus in replenishment and inventory management.
  • Excellent Excel skills, you will be tested on this.
  • Strong statistical, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • E-commerce experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in (sometimes) utter chaos.
