Video Content Intern

theCHIVE is looking for a Video Content Intern who will be a key team member during the launch, execution, and closeout of projects. The Video Content Intern will work closely with Head Video Editor, editorial and video licensing team with the execution of video content.
Job Description
- Provide support to the Project Management/Editorial team during the execution of video content.
- Help keep track of video usage and filing.
- Manually move and/or monitor the usage of licensed video content.
- Problem solve independently and collaboratively to overcome obstacles
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
- This is NOT a video editing position but experience is always a plus
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative or clerical position
- Must have a keen eye for detail and viral content
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Takes initiative
- Ability to function well in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and take on tasks outside of the general job description
- Efficient with Excel and Google Docs
- Familiarity with content management systems & asset management
- Experience with social media
- Experience with copyediting, proofing
- Experience with Photoshop and Wordpress
